Nano Ledger X has Bluetooth and can be managed via your smartphone. The apps (iOS & Android) for the hardware wallet will be available on January 16th, 2019.
The display of Nano Ledger X is twice as large compared to
the Nano Ledger S so that the actions are easier to read for exmaple reading the send adress.
The memory is much larger than previous models, up to 100 coins can be managed simultaneously

No, Ledger assumes that the connection (cable or Bluetooth) is insecure. Since the key never leaves the device and all actions on the device itself must be confirmed, Bluetooth should not make the device less secure.
